Welcome Members to the 2024 Season of the MSLA

Please submit your player registration form for each member and make payment in the amount of $110 for playing and $40 for non-playing members.  We accept the following forms of payment: ACH, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  

• You must complete the payment process to be a registered member.  
• ALL LEAGUE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

This registration form is only to register you as an individual member of the organization.  Each member must complete their own online registration and sign the liability waiver.
